Looks like research is showing that you should lose your inhibitions….literally!

Medical science is now taking a look at the brain while artists (such as musicians) "play" at their work.  There is so much we can learn from this.  Take a look at the article and video below and you will learn how important it is to "let go" of yourself.

Tim Gunn presents a Liz Claiborne Fashion Show in our area…

Our sewing guild had the pleasure of experiencing a hosted fashion show
with Tim Gunn.  He gave us many pointers as to what the new looks
are and how we should update what clothing we already have in our
closets.  Later, we got a chance to have our photos taken with him.  He
is a delightful man!
